I gave money to my friends, but they are not giving and keep on telling stories.

Is it better to complain police or still to wait.

it's already more than a year and also i had proofs.

if i want to complain, where i can go?

The "soothsayer" at QL has predicted some miracle to take place in "three more days!" It is nothing new from him.

You could go to the police and seek help from them a britexpat has advised. You will need to go to the Central Police station located near the Crazy signal. A call from the police to your "friends" will shake them in their pants!

As per Resident Idiots logic. you may ask him for his wife as she is the one who spent the money.
