How to pay qatar loan while in dubai

I have a nice job offer in Dubai and they want me to start by june and my problem is I have a personal loan (salary) here in Doha.My friend once told me who's working in another bank that I should have a guarantor to be able to transfer in Dubai. What would be the best thing for me to do. No crazy people will say yes to me if I ask them to be my guarantor.
i have the same problem, i thought there is no problem in transferring to dibai since the main branch of the bank is in dubai itself. is there anything we can do?
you can fee either thru internet or u can send your monthly payment to your friend here, but first settle on how u can get out in Qatar without paying your bank loan.
Yes Rabstag is correct, you will not get your exit permit unless you have the bank clearance. You don't have any option than to pay it.
your company will ask you for a bank clearance before they cancel your RP and give you your exit permit, so you will have to pay that loan before moving to dubai
