How much time will take if I filed case in labour court to solve?

Hi everyone,

I need your help, My salary is pending since last 6 months, If I filed case in labour court how much time it will take to solve. Because I am running out of cash so it will be dificult to survive. And also want to know, What if my employer submit passport in CEID before I filed case in labour court. Does it going to make any impact on me...?
