best way is to forgive but sometimes its a process. if you still cant dont force yourself. let time pass. dont keep on dwelling on the issues. continue to live your life. remember there are always 2 sides in a coin and accept the fact that people think differently...

The French has a saying "tout comprendre c'est tout pardonner" that means to understand all is to forgive all. If you can't forgive, that means you still don't understand. Live for the present moment, don't carry the coffins of the past in your head. Also remember that, good to forgive, best to forget.
Someone needs to learn How to forgive, then act and move on like you are being forgiving.
