How to get rid of alopecia

Hai friends!

I have alopecia for 4 months on my beard and I am wondering is there anything that can encourage my hair to grow back.

I tried alot of stuff but it hasn't worked, I had injection monthly and using minoxidil 5% and Elicasal Oninment, but hasnt wok for me.

I tried with several dermotologist here in Qatar but the result is same, does anyone can help me or refer a good doctor..

look for alouvera ointment on parmacies. forgot the exact name but just ask them its for alopecia treatment.

Why don't you shave instead? If you have no beard you have no alopecia. At least, nobody can see it.
