How can transfer the car wlo clearance certificte

Have difficulty to get laon clearance certificate from doha bank. loan cleard 5 years back and now i required to get clearance. almost one week no responce. is there any way to change Owner ship over the metrash2.

It took them over two weeks for my clearance. I never had any loans, any debts, only the current account. They are pretty much useless...

Clearance letter from the Bank is must, please obtain that, only then you would be able to transfer the car, no other option.
