Do not make other people different in your eyes. All of us are humans in the end. Some of us have more money, some of us have darker skin, some of us have more IQ but in the end all of us humans. Tell yourself if someone can do I will do also if I have the same conditions which is my principal. It will remind you people are different but almost have same capabilities.
What worked for me was getting fit and healthy. I was feeling low and had lost confidence and didn't think I was the type of person who could ever go to a gym. I was encouraged to go by a friend and have never felt better. It isn't just about how you look, taking care of yourself makes you feel more valuable. I have made some friends at the gym and am so glad I went that first time. Good luck
