Yes I heard this last year and one of the reasons is that it is overlooking the palace and people are not happy with this. (Hearsay)

Welcome to Doha,

Rydges is a four star hotel..near the corniche (sea front) ..overlooking the country's Diwan-e-Emiri (Parliament) .Good one...

Rydges to Almana Tower is a straight road... no problem, you will reach in 5 minutes if you take the corniche road

Single bedroom in that area will be around 4,000 QAR...

hi your office is located in Airport Road right?

so its easier for you if you find housing in Najma,Mansoura,Mugalina,Mataar Kadeem,Doha Jadeed. availability depends on your luck, but single room not less than Qr.2000, better share. But whatever it is just get in to qatar and then look in to it to have a better picture.

ya rydges is a 3 star hotel. its good and located in the CORNICHE (the beach area of Qatar), you'll find a good time pass.
