Iam unable to registered in Saudi, because of Saudi pro-metric(Not Completed). So studied & worked 3 years at Karnataka,

Depends your luck....The normal visa approval after application It takes maximum 2 weeks...

how long it will take to transfer the visa if already hired by hamad but visa still in progress in hamad hospital my wife is here using a family visit visa thru IBM also and everything is already done pass already prometric exam and get result to Dataflow police clearance and my NOC letter also forwarded to the IBM agency just want to know only how long it will take to transfer visa from family visit visa to working visa

Hello! Im just new here, I found this forum while looking for answers to my queries regarding HMC processing. I was interviewed last July 2015 and received the offer letter 2 days ago. I know that the processing will take a lot of time. I'm here in the Philippines and I'm actually waiting for my deployment overseas and my contract is 1 year. Do you think it is a good idea for me to leave and process my application while working overseas? I applied thru Universal Staffing.

@anchiemor @bunokallen... the answer to your question is yes.. it is possible to have a visa even if your verification is not yet finished... once you sign the offer letter, hmc will start to request for your visa... it takes time to wait because they have a lot of applicants aside from us...

oic, thanks for info... im already here in Qatar by the way using a family visit visa so i think the process for issuing ticket is will be a less problem for processing for the hr. hope that it will not take long to process my documents as i am already here for 2 1/2 months.

After you signed the offer letter from hmc your certificate will verify by the hmc credential verification team.then hr will apply for the visa and ticket...all of these takes minimum 5 to 6 months.patience that's the only thing needed for hmc applicants.

@anchiemor, that's my problem too..i also have my visa but my credentialing is not yet cleared..are you from march 2015 applicant (UNISTAFF)?

Hello sijorn.. Sorry to hear that. My application takes up to 1yr. Im not saying you should also wait for that. But it really takes time. So have a little more patience.. The important thing is you are in. I mean you passed their interview so you are now waiting for the processing of your papers. No need to worry..:-)

@tazmahal ....am really unlucky....my papers in alkhor hospital nursing department...last month only they given to hr.if I am in hamad general hospital candidate I can receive the offer earlier...agency told me any time you will get the papers.Hope for the best..

@sijorn try to call the recruitment officer of Hamad... what is the email add of the HR you emailed?.. Ours is amohamed34... the first time i sent an email to him, he replied and said he'll come back to me on the following week. But then i received nothing. so instead of waiting. I called. Me and ladyczar called amohamed. He said we need to wait for the email asking us about our other documents... He also said that he requested a visa for me and ladyczar... Our new friends who are now working in Qatar are also informing us to wait for the reference number coming from the credentialing department..

Every week I am following the agency ...They can't tell the exact date. It's not agency problem .It's problem of hamad medical corporation qatar hr.i again emailed hmc hr.but no reply .hope it will come soon

@sijorn, try to email the HR dept for the status of your application. I hope you will receive your job offer this month.

I called agency today .In my Skype interview batch out of 8 candidates 2 of them received the offer letter. Agency also no idea regarding when I will receive the offer.

I received my Offer Letter December 2014.. So as you can see. I have 7 months of waiting from the time they emailed me about the process..

For the offer letter. The salary is Grade 108.. Accommodation is provided. There is a transportation allowance and the plane fare is also included...

Hello sijorn... Sorry for the late reply.. I sent a message to you. Please check.. I received my offer letter December 12, 2014... But the date on the Offer letter is November 22, 2014.. I sent them the signed documents last December 15 for Credentialing... Hope this can help.. :)

It depends on what hospital u were assigned. I didnt receive a "congratulation letter" from the director of nursing. The agency just texted me that they received an email pertaining that i passed the interview and i have to take prometric exam. The offer letter i received also came from the agency. All comes from the agency. I dunno what makes the processing so slow. The hmc or the unistaff? The dataflow verification is different from the verification of hamad. They are two different agency. Aside from credential verification of hamad, u have to undergo dataflow verification for licensing of sch qatar.

Hello miss Yna.. Where did you receive your offer letter?...

For me, I didnt receive it yet. But after passing my interview with the Hamad. the Director of Nursing send me an email containing all the guidelines that i need to follow. They also included that if I have any questions regarding my application, I can always email them.. So why not email them regarding your status.. But if there is no reply from Hamad, since you are now on your Data flow Verification, try to contact the Data Flow Verification. some posts here in qatar living are talking about the contact numbers of the said verification institution... If again, you have received any feedback. try to ask the PRC, Sch. and recent employer of the verification of your status.=). It sounds harsh, but delays on verification are mostly on them... I hope this can help..

Hi! Pa help po. Im also an applicant from unistaff. I was also interviewed via skype last oct.2013 but my offer letter came this march 2014 lng. Sobrang tagal. Now i waited for my verification forms that will be sent thru email. It almost 3 mos na wla pdin. I tried to follow up at unistaff pero sabi nila hindi daw cla ang nagpapadala nun kundi an hmc. So i called the credentialing dept kaso wlang sumasagot, it keeps on ringing lng. Tried to sent email sa credentialing.hmc.qa wla nman nag reresponse. Did anybody knows who i will contact at hmc? I just resigned at my work and im a bit anxious that they will see my unemployed exp gap when the verification process begin. Any response will be highly appreciated. Thank you so much!

No. I am already here in Qatar until I found out that there's this universal staffing in the Philippines. I am under my father sponsorship by the way. I already did the walk in process but nothing happened yet because they prefer it to apply online. I also applied at PHCC and I'm already at the stage of getting my police clearance here.
