help plz it's urgent!!

Dear Readers

I was terminated by my boss and he deducted my air itcket from my salary and and even i payed the costs of the sponsorship transfer from my pocket and more than this he refused to give me work certificate for the four months i worked for him. my flight is tomorrow. if I complained in the ministry of labour tomorrow will they solve my case in the same day?

 

Please advice if you you can

Let me guess....your boss is an Egyptian? (An A-hole is human form)Unfortunately, they cannot solve the problem in one day, labour court has a long process depending on the issues

Lesson learned:» Don't ever start working with someone without any contract.» Don't signed any documents in a form of any language that you dont  read and understand (e.g.. arabic ..etc..)in this case his propbaly holding your neck, you have no choice than to accept the decision of your boss, go home and move on and learned your lesson.

Thank you all for your prompt answers. but the problem that i did not sign any contract with them but when i was terminated i signed the termination letter.  maybe i was stupid because i trusted them.
