Help My Mini :(

Mini is our Cat's Name :)

Can any one please , let me know If the Governmental Veterinarian on the Matar Road open today or not and its Timings . I need to take MINI there as it has some how Injured its right claw :(

Have been calling Qtel from early morning , But each time they give me a new number and I reaaly dont get it , Why do they just hear the name once and send it without even paying attention to what I am saying next . So , Far collected 4 numbers and Dunno if they are of the Veterinarian near Matar or something else , as in the message it says as Animal Wealth Development :@
