if someone was terminated how many days notice the company should give him, taking into account that he worked only 5 months?

if ur probation period is 6 months, they dont have to tell u anything. just 2 days before. if u passed ur 3 months probation period, they need to inform u 1 month ahead.

u r on probation period so there is no question of notice period from company.just make sure that ur passport has not been stamped with work visa,if yes then don't forget to get a NOC from the company so that if you get some another chance here in Qatar then you can come back :)

No notice period required to be given when someone is on probation.

Looks like you are still under probation,in that case no notice period required.

It depends upon the probation period mentioned in your contract.

If someone is terminated within his probation period then normally three to four days notice will be given and after probation it is a month notice for middle level employees and two months for top management.

You are not going to get anything. Get an NOC and start trying elsewhere.

And see what it states in termination clause. Normally it is 30 days notice or immediate with one month salary.
