Help me to record Live TV programs

Dear Friends,

I would like to record some documentaries at high quality that are being telecasted in AlJazeera & PressTV (ofcourse without advertisements & breaks)

I have my LCD TV 32" with HDMI, Digital receiver connected, P4 PC connectivity (without TV tuner) connected with TV, DVD Player & DVD camera along its accesories all at my cabinet.

I would highly appreciate if someone suggests how to record the live TV without compromising its quality please...

I am also ready, If there is any additional accessories required to be installed (software & hardware)

Windows XP media centre edition helps u do such jobs very easily in a simplified way

Also kindly suggest if the above documentaries can be obtained from websites (YOUtube..etc)
