Bin Smeikh Tower Hotel will be ready by October 2012.
The Bin Smeikh Tower is located in the Al-Dafna Area and covers an area of 4,893 km2 and a total floor area of 62,880 km2.
The hotel consists of 40 floors, a parking, four basement floors and two mezzanines. Work on the project began in October 2010 with an estimated budget of QR360 million and is expected to be handed over to the owner company of Tanmeyat Group by October 2012.
ACE Consulting Engineers Moharram Bakhoum currently provides
consultancy services for the project, along with Alsale Eastern Company Ltd as the main contractor and Herensia Company carrying out the rest of the work. Foundations, parking and mezzanines
related works have already been completed by Alsale Company and the multi-floor related works is currently being carried out by Herensia Company.

Bin Samikh Is not a hotel it is a Skyscraper try calling them here http://qfactqatar.com/about.html
Premier Inn I think not ready yet. ( I am not sure)
