HELP!! Changing of agency, what will happen to my 1st license applied?

I have an agency where it already 5months but im still here in the Philippines.
My license is already primary evaluated by SCH 2months ago. If im asking for an update to the agency here in the philippines they can not even give me any thing. If my papers are already completed or about ng visa. In short they cannot give any concrete answer to my question.
I tried to find another agency ang i passed the interview. I want to pursue this application.
Question: what will happen to my 1st application of license?

It is better to contact SCH directly to follow up on your application. SCH will conduct a data flow on your application. You need to provide a license or certification that you have passed the Prometric exams. This are as per my knowledge.
when you said that your nurse license has been pre-evaluated, what was the SCH verdict? anyway, whatever if SCH's determination of your license it will be stored in their database. So if you change your agency, all the documents you will submit will have to be sent to the concerned govt. entities in Qatar. Your license will again be sent to SCH (by your 2nd agency) and SCH will of course find in their database that your license had been evaluated and has been cleared. I guess that's is and you will have no problem at all
