Hi,

We are visiting Doha next week coming from Abu Dhabi by road and have a booking at Grand Hyatt, I checked the map and find that if I take left from Jaida R/A and go straight will take us to Grand Hyatt. Is this route correct or is any other short route to this place as I dont wat to roam around after driving 550 KMs.

take Salwa road straight through the Ramada interchange and turn left at next flyover (Jaidah flyover) continue straight through many lights and roundabouts. When you finally see the zig zig towers and a sign for the Pearl turn right. Left at the next small roundabout and Hyatt is on your right directly across from the Zig Zag towers.

most of the radars (with little exceptions) are set to flash above 80 Km/Hr...so better stay below 80 and that will be more than enough.

Anyway almost "always" there is a sign denoting the speed limit of the road/street and usually it is located a few hundred meters away from the radar.

Also be careful with the so called portable radars, there are a few of them in cars, trucks, and hidden.

In the end stick to the speed limit signs and you'll be safe.

Regards!!

Probably easier if you turn left at C Ring.

Of course it all depends what time you will be arriving.

From salwa road, reach Midmac R/A.. go straight..

You will get Ramada Signal.. Take Left

You will get another signal (Near Toys r us)Go straight .

You will get another signal, go straight..

you will get another signal, go straight under the bridge..

Take right from the next signal.. you will get Fire station R/A

Take left from fire station R/A and go straight (There is a radar on top of the bridge which you will pass by)

you will get another R/A, go straight..

Now you will get Rainbow R/A, Go straight..(Radar on that road)

you will get another R/A, again go straight until you see Zig Zag tower. Take right from that ZigZag R/A and left from the next R/A.. Grand Hyatt will be on your right side..
