i have completed 8years and i stopped work finally i am leaving from qatar.my salary is qr.1100 basic+qr.500 food allownce so how much can i get graguity with bonus totaly by qatar labour law..

One way ticket or equivalent money ........ a party by your colleagues plus a special gift worth atleast 600 Riyals is a must from your manager in your case ....................

8 years multiply by Qr 1100 Basic salary

8X1100=8,800

8,800 is your gratuity

allowances are not included in the computation of gratuity.
