Going to Dubai by car during Eid vacation

Hello.

We are planning to travel by car from Doha to Dubai on the 3rd of October, I know it's the worst season but what can you do, anyway some people told me that we have to apply for a transit visa to go through Saudi Arabia and some others also told me that the borders with Saudi this time of year are closed due to Hajj.I would really appreciate if you could give me some information regarding all these.

I think you are a little bit late. I have made my transit (two way) visa last week.. Anyhow, call this agent, he might help you... 55767786

Transit visa is a must to access Saudi border. You can access Saudi border any time of the year if you have transit visa. Saudi embassy still open for another 2/3 days. You may ask travel agents ( 2 / 3 agents available at a row near Sana signal / SAPTCO ) for transit visa, if still possible. Good luck.
