Gmail attachment not working

I am trying to attach a document in my Gmail .. but every time it uploads nearly 90% ( as shown in the picture ) and starts reloading.

the attachment is not a big one.... only 960 kb..

why it is happening ? Due to Qtel Speed ? or problem in Gmail ?

Check the connectivity of your qtel modem or try to update your browser online..

if the browser is corrupted, what is the alternative..

then how i am able to send/receive mails ?

this may be due to qtel service at your end, or may be your browser corrupted, please try it on other browser.
