Getting a nanny

I have no experience of employing a nanny but I want to avoid agencies if possible. Basically, I would like a nanny for a newborn (due in late January) from 12pm - 8pm every day (except Friday and Saturday). To begin with, for about a month, maybe 2 just to come and clean, cook and get to know us so we can make sure we have chosen the right person. I am wondering how much we should pay. There isn't the possibility to live in as we only have one bedroom for now until July. Preferably we would like them to have a sponsor already. Any advice at all would be valuable. Of course, we will interview and ask for references etc. Hope some of this makes sense! Thanks.

Try to call Qatar home care, now there are many agencies which have maids on a rental basis, you might try Qatar maids service, but again be careful and make very good interview, and ask your friends about their experience.
