where can I get free to air satellite here?? I have the hotbird, nilesat, MVDS and arabset already, but it doesnt provide much of the channels from USA/Canada. Is there one available here???? Can I use my reciever from Canada?? what is the best service available here??? in addition to the USA/Canada channels I am also looking fri Indian/pakistani channels as well....anyhelp would be appriciated...
