Foot bridge...

they build a fence in some of major streets in doha. we understand that this is for the safety of the road crossers. but why they are not building a footbridge to use in a place and streets where they build a high fence? to shorten and to make it easy for all the road crossers. some of the streets where having a high fence,those people who needs to cross to the others side of the road need to walk for almost 1 or 2 kilometer just to get there in intersection or to reach the last part of the fence and put his life in great risk just to get over.
