Hi Vishal, is the sticker color has Yellow border and white back ground? if yes then i believe its issued by the Police. Around 7 yrs back, i also did the same thing, parking in a wrong place (Not in handicapped Parking though) and i when i cam back i saw this sticker but in a different color issued by the Security Dept of Hamad Hospital. I checked with a security personnel and he told me to visit this Security Dept which was somewhere in Doha and give it back to them. If they didnt receive in the same day, a fine will be levied on you, if you give it back to them, they will cancel it. Its been more than 7 yrs and now i dont know, many rules have changed. So you can try one time for this option by calling Hamad hospital to check and who knows if it worked, you can save 500 - 1000 Qr.

Note: 7yrs back, it was 500 Qr fine and 3 Black points on your license, now you have to update us.

Check online on moi website (Home - MOI Services - Inquiries - Traffic Services - Traffic Violations) against your vehicle number. It can be 300 or 500 but if you'll pay it within one month of violation ticket issuance; 50% will be reduced and they'll ask you to pay 150 QAR instead. Whatever the amount, it'll be 50% off within 1st month.
