if someone can help me in the below:

I have been in Qatar for one year as single, and I am sponsored by my employer

Now, I got married and I am pregnant also. I would need your help in telling me what shall I do as I need to quit my job to take care of the baby?

- In case I resign from my job, and they cancelled me; is it possible to come back with a family visa?

I will highly appreciate any feedback and help on that.

i think just ask ur sponsor if he can give u a release and transfer ur sponsorship to ur husband.

if you come back your husband will have to sponsor you with minimum salary (i think) QR 4000 a month.
