Family RP Visa Rejected

My family is here in Qatar in Visit visa. I would like to change their visa to Family RP Visa and when I submitted my application along with all necessary document the Lady who verified documents she inform me that bank statement should be mention salary in description. But in my bank statement description is mention that transfer only.

My visa is an Engineer Visa whereas I am a Diploma holder. This also she mentioned. My question is Diploma holder with Engineer visa not eligible for family RP Visa? All other document is clear with me. Any body can advise me please?

Right after I went to imagination and they booked me for committee on 17/03/14.On that day I meet the committee and the captain told me that my visa will be approved in two days .but now 3 days passed but my visa status is showing rejected. I know I may need to wait some more days but what makes me worried is the visa status date is changed now 17/03/14 but still rejected. Does it mean it is already reviewed and rejected again even the Capitan told that it will be approved?

Hi guys just so happy right now... right at this very moment got a sms from Metrash that my application was approved suppose to be tom i will go to Garafa to check the reason why the status was not change from under review... But now it was approved Thank you God! I was so happy... So guys even the status was not change to "under review" or "under process" they will definitely check your applications again... The thing is my papers was not attested to MOFA or even in the embassy... when i applied for my wife sponsorship 2 yrs back, same it was not attested also... it is only authenticated from country with stamp and red ribbon... that was the thing that makes me think it will be rejected because it is not attested here...

All Authenticated from my country not here in qatar :

I submitted salary cert from my company, salary cert of my wife

our credentials like diploma and transcript of records

marriage contract, my passport / wife our qid

birth cert of my 2 kids and their passport

Hi if you dont mind me asking where is this Mr. Nasser is he also a captain? is he also in the Incomer section because the gate is still close at 6am they open by 630am i really need to bring my children here because my kids are not safe in our place in my home country... especially i have a daughter and there are lot of drug addicts i really need their visa to be approve... do you have a number where i can call you i just need to ask something like 2-3 questions or maybe you can give me a miscall at 77793448 then ill call you... it is really important i'm desperate with informations

Well, what you went through is the right process. Once your visa is rejected, you will be asked to face Committee. Meeting with captain is required( its just a casual walking into his office and explaining your situation to him) when the application show "Application Under process" or "Application under review", then you would need to meet captain in Garafa. If Captain does not help, then go upstairs and try to meet Mr. Nasser Al Atiya. Be there sharp 6am, he meets ppl early in morning and gives approval/rejection on spot. All depends on their mood, if its your day, you will get the approval :)

This is the answer that i need thank you guys... i experienced the same thing my status has not yet changed to under review the lady from the counter said check after 2 days but im on the 5th day now still the status is still rejected which it should be under review... I'm going tomorrow morning to check again...

You will never know why your application is rejected. Captain is the person who is in charge and he will be wearing dark blue uniform. He might help you to know the reason for rejection. You cant officaly meet the captain so try a casual talk with him. Good luck.

Yes this is the process where everyone should follow. Even I tried and tried from 2 years . May be there is some shortage in your documents submitted. May I know what all documents you submitted??

In meeting they decided for approved or reject if approved then your status on website will be change if its still same then its mean you visa reject.

Now you will wait 6 months for an other meeting.

This is the same meeting. I have attend same with 5 person in the committee . But next day status should be under review . and then approval or rejection. I got approved 2nd day after meeting. If your paper and all requirements ok you must get approval.

yes its the same meeting...if approved after the committee meeting the status should change from rejected to under review.. if no change go again and they will issue number to meet the officers at the counters since they will inform you if you need to re submit any documents. you will have to keep trying through them unless other wise they give you another appointment. may allah make it easy for you in sha allah. all the best
