Hello guys.
A few days ago (07/11/19), I crossed a traffic signal on a green light but accidentaly entered the wrong lane (opposite lane) while turning left. Cameras were present, but I am not sure whether they were working or not. I did not see a flash even though it was mildly dark outside.
I know I'm supposed to wait from 3-7 working days for the fine to show up on moi. But would I fined? As I said, it was a mistake after which I immediately rectified.
Also, I was driving a car registered on my father's ID. Would that mean he would receive the fine even though I was driving? Or can something be done so that I can receive it on my license?
If you were not caught by the cameras, then consider yourself lucky. People get fined for their mistakes as this acts as a deterrent.
Since, you were driving your father's car, the fine would appear under his name. There is nothing you can do about this. You are possibly trying to hide the incident from your father.
If the fine does appear under your father's name, just do the old man a favour by paying it by yourself. You can do this.
Possibly, you may get some spankings from your dad for your erratic behaviour, but then like the fine, it would correct you and you will be driving carefully in future.
Yes, you deserve to be spanked.
