Employment for a woman at QP

I recently came over to Doha for a site visit / interview /medical with QP. It all seemed to go well, but I was warned that being a WOMAN might be an issue at the last hurdle i.e getting management approval. I am going for a senior managment position. Should I be worried and start looking elsewhere ?

Dont think it’s a problem...they don’t proceed recruitment process without management approval.

I dont think there is an issue as they wouldnt go this far otherwise. Anyways, no harm in looking around...just keep your Plan B in place....:)
