E-Resident Service from Q-Post??

Can any one please explain to me on what "E-Resident Service from Q-Post" is???

I called more than 8 numbers of Q-post, all Arabic, no one speaks English and only giving me more numbers to contact and the same thing repeats. then one says come and visit the office :/

I have this sticker pasted on my passport with 13 characteristics in alphanumeric and only noticed it today after all these years.

"serial picture"

"the 13 digits (again below the serial mark)"

"e-resident service - GPO Main"

what is this actually? what can i do with this??

I think you are talking about E-Gov service.
