At 6 AM you can stand outside and see the test being conducted at the gates, many people are there doing the same thing, to see how the test is being completed. But to be honest, I would suggest you to take half course, if you have driving experience. Even if some drivers have few years experience, they might find it difficult to go back to basics. Its up to you, try the direct and hope you pass in one go, if not, consider taking the course through the school.
I would suggest you go to schools like Gulf Driving at 6AM and try to see how the police administers the test. That should give you an idea of the Pocket and L Parking. Also speak with the staff and test takers there and what/how they were tested on. Once you finish pocket/L-Parking, next will be the actual driving test. Always check your mirror/handbrake before you start the car and stopping the car, do not speak with the police officer. Also, look over your shoulders before you signal and change lanes in the highway. One last tip, feel confident when you drive the car, don't try to be so slow or too fast. If you drive slow, it will reflect that you are still not confident to drive. If you drive to fast, thats immediate fail, always stick to the speed limits. Good luck!
