the doctor appears to have come from Canada..and there are articles on the penninsula newspspaer regarding him and the laparoscopic spinal surgery...

you need to make sure he is a fully credentialled neurosurgeon and check to see if he has performed the procedure previously. Spinal surgery can be successful, but you need to be very careful in chosing a surgeon and facility...
