do you think that man power supply companies are doing the job of human trafficking and supplying slaves all over the world ? , have you ever found that your company manager or owner treating these people like slaves , and treating them very badly worse than treating street dogs with out giving minimum human rights ? also bringing people by offering little salary and after giving them less than a man a live for years , and when ever they want to go back making their life miserable for months with out job any pay and after cutting all their visa expense from this less wage , did you ever see they are crying in their loneliness and did you ever felt shameful for unable to do anything , have you ever found these people are looking for waste foods in dust bins
after all these your manager still believes in god , going for pilgrimage to wash off his sins ,
have you ever felt ashamed for being a human in their world ?

I have worked with a recruiting agency and never ever countered such problem..I have even worked with a CONTRACTING company where management was quite humble and polite with its labourers..
I too feel pity for you if you are facing such problem...God help you.
Dont go for a conclusion or for generalization by knowing a manpower company manager.
its hard to see that the labours are working hard in sun.
spenting living only for work.
but there are many who really enjoys the work.
because they are safe in the duty,with all security
and they have correct timing of work and after that they take rest,those who willing to earn more go for O.T
Wheather they have work or not the workers are elligible
for their montly salary.
if some one not willing to continue they can quit.
there is specific law is there for labours.
if some one is harassing them they can go for complaint.
even if some is working as an employee in any other shop or in an organisation..there are risks too.
working hours will be there,it is also a sort of slavery in a white collar sense.
many are there as managers who treat the labors unfairly.
but not all..
