Hi my girlfriend was deported by her employer.because her employer got angry to her.and accuse her for stealing an item from their store. but her employer dont want to file a case from her..instead her employer wants her to be block in GGC Country. (but its ok.. she don't want to go back to abroad.) maybe she's not in jail now because she can communicate with us? she already have a ticket given by her employer and waiting for her flight. how long will she be staying their? how long the process of blocking her for GGC? and how long the deprtation process? maybe she is in immigration now. because she can use cellphone. am i right?

My friend is now detaine in qatar because they found out that she is blacklisted with saudi arabia. Her case before is already cleared and she is confident that she will get her id with qatar. But unfortunately this wednesday while she was doing her fingerprinting they take her and put them in a room together with 4 others saying that they are now on a process for deportation. Her present employer in qatar cant do anything just to fix the problem. Now here is my question what are the process so we can help her out so she can go back to work or if she is entitled for deportation what are the process so she can go back to the philippines safe. Pleasei need your answers. Thank you

if you dont something exactly dont give answers as you know. if Qatar deport some one, he of she can not come to Qatar only. he can go to any other GCC country. Qatar Govt has no authority over other GCC countries

if her employer doesn't file any case for her, she will be deported immediately on her scheduled date on his ticket, that was what happen on my friend.

u only take so long in deportation if u have no ticket or u have still pending case against ur employer.

They dnt have specific time for deportation but it should b within a month not more than that and the employer should have the ticket ready as the police will contact the PRO of her company n give them the exact date for the flight . and if it is deportation she wont go anymore to any GCC as its nt a simple cancellation which takes 2 years to come back.

and is for the contract rule if the employee is on probation. anytime they could send her back to our beloved country. and beside its their way to make reason if they do not like the employee..

If she already has a ticket, possibly they are just waiting for the date/time of flight schedule.

As far as I know, most of the reasons why those being deported were held up for months is due to lack of sponsorship to buy their tickets.

So, if she was given a ticket by her employer and has no court case, she should be sent to the Philippines soon.

If she could communicate with you, why dont you ask where she is and visit her? I believe, they allowed visitors prior to deportation.

she can be deported with no reason, this is the sponsorship rule.

she has to stay 2 years out of Qatar till she can get a new visa, the employer and his late father can never be able to block her from entering GCC at all under all circumstances.

deportation is depend how quick the immigration officer file the case in blocking section dept. it so impossible that she will be deported in that small accusation only.. Maybe she did something against the government not to her employer... Better to tell the truth than to lie..

Cheer..
