Deportation

Sadness

Hello!

I want to know since Qatar law is not keep changing. If anyone has experience the same story as mine and know the solution. No assumption.

I was deported from Qatar last month and my RP that valid till 2016 has been cancelled.

Can I make an appeal to enter Qatar with visit visa? What should I do so I can come with visit visa? I do not know if I am blacklisted but I don't think so. The CID told me I can come back with new sponsor after 2 years, and same sponsor after one year. So what about if i just want to visit and not working?

@qatari2015 are you sure you are qatari? The way you talk like you don't. Sorry if I am wrong. But I got deported because they reported "huroob" even though never run away from employer. How can one run away from employer when the fazaa came to office while I talked with the employer and take me to niyaba salwa rd?

sad to hear about you, can you share with us why you got deported ? frankly the law is to supress the weak & give all the power to employers only.

Visit visa is to visit just for one week.

The CID said 2 years is when I want new sponsor and 1 year for same sponsor. But i do not need sponsor as i don't want to work. I just want to visit for one week only then come back to homeland.

Two year ban is to your return for work; you should not have problem for a visit visa.

Isn't it best to stay out ? What's the reason for wanting to return

If the CID told you something, then that would be the most correct answer as they are the authority. Why do you want to return on a visit visa?
