Delivery by DHL

Hi All,

i want to ask about delivery by DHL.

I have placed an order for an item from a website in US and it is directly delivering to Qatar via DHL Global. I want to know if DHL is trsutworthy? what if they delivery and I am not at home?

also, for residential address, can we leave the postal code blank?

They are trustworthy but it takes a long time for parcels to arrive
