Debit card refund missing with IBQ

Anyone can advise me, I am trying to get help from IBQ but as always are frustrating, they close my salary account previously saying they will not close it until I authorize for it ( wrong information) I received a refund when my account was close which I did not know because I was out of the country , now I am asking the bank to trace the money because I have an ARN, but they dont know what is it , its so frustrating to see how the agents are sleeping and dont have idea how to help. Anyone had a missing transaction and traced the money using ARN in Qatar?

Haven't the faintest idea, would recommend you visit the bank and speak to the Branch manager, and if they are not able to help, go to the police and log a complaint or MEC.
