Mr. Tanweer,

We are very much disappointed and angered with your services and unprofessional approach. My family is under tremendous stress due to damage / lost of many valuable items from the air cargo boxes. It is a big cheating / breach of confirmations promised while finalizing the deal with you.

Refer below your confirmations promised while finalizing the deal based on which we paid to you and what were the actual conditions of the goods received:

1 After packing from my home, all boxes will be wrapped all the sides with plastic sheets at the warehouse to avoid any damage / breaking / opening of the boxes. No such wrapping found on any of the boxes. Only overall with loose sealing found on each box which resulted in opening of at least 3 boxes from the edges and some goods came out of it and damaged. Also this overall were not transparent, so it was not visible from the outside which box contains fragile items and in which position box has to be transported / positioned, resulted into damage of valuable goods.

2 The contract is to air transport directly from Doha air port to Ahmedabad air port. Based on this confirmation only we have paid such high rates to you. Air transport was done from Doha air port to Delhi air port and then goods were transported to my home by road transport. This is totally breach of contract what we were agreed for and what you were paid for. This resulted in lot of movement of my goods and resulted in damage to many house hold items. One box was torn by mice and entered the box cutting down valuable items like clothes, shoes, wires etc. Another box containing valuable souvenirs was found open and many souvenirs are either stolen from it or are dropped somewhere. This is a very huge loss to me as all lost souvenirs were purchased from Europe / USA / Singapore / Malaysia / Dubai countries and were very expensive.

3 It was promised by Mr. Tanweer and Mr. Tarique at the time of finalizing the deal that all fragile items (souvenirs, photo frames, glass items, clocks etc.) will be taken great care and will be delivered safely. Many such fragile items (clock, photo frames, souvenirs and glass items) are found totally broken. I had purchased many souvenirs from international locations like Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Europe, USA etc. and was very expensive. My printer and water purifier are now not working, as per technician many internal parts got damaged, repairing will be more costlier than its new purchase price. The total estimated value of damaged goods / lost goods and loss due to this to me is approximately 1500 QAR.

4 All transportation will be of International standard and handled in a very professional way. To my great surprise I received my cargo (from Baral Logistics) in Ahmedabad in Loading rickshaw (Is this your International standard to deliver the air cargo?) with 3 boxed stacked one above the other. Due to this all boxed pressed too much and resulted in damage to goods inside. He took two rounds to deliver all cargo boxes for which I was waiting for 3 hours to get the 2nd round of goods. Only one person (driver of the loading rickshaw - highly unskilled for this job has lifted my cargo boxes, rolled down several times and put in place).

5 Contract covers unpacking of the boxes. As mentioned above, Only one person (driver of the loading rickshaw - highly unskilled for this job) has lifted my cargo boxes, rolled down several times and put in place. How one can expect unpacking from such an unskilled person???

Above serious violations and mishandling of goods from your side has resulted in a huge loss to me and bigger than that tremendous stress to me and my family.

You have to act promptly on this and provide compensation to me (Loss due to physical damage of goods is 1500 QAR, apart from tremendous stress currently being faced by me and my family).

I have attached here several photos for your information (due to very large size it is sent in 3 separate emails).

Tell me when you will compensate this amount to me. Prompt action is required from your side.

You also know that nowadays many people from Mesaieed / Wakrah are relocating to India. I have so many whatsapp groups and facebook contacts with friends all over the Qatar. So If you are serious about your brand name and professionalism, please act promptly and compensate the loss occurred (QAR 1500) to me.
