DAMAGE NETWORK DRIVE - NAS

I have this problem how to recovered all my files on my network attached storage device. its brand is LACIE ETHERNET MINI and it doesnt power on, i try to open it and slave it to a computer running windows operating system and i cannot see the files because its file system is on ext2 linux. how can i mount it on my windows system?? anybody here who has in dept knowledge in linux? thanks again, and also when i try to slave the drive to a linux operating system it tells me that my drive needs "structure cleaning" how can i resolve this issue? I badly need your help. thanks in advance . . .
Maybe the hard disk itself is defective, so you need Linux-based "RECOVERY" tools, you would be lucky if you get any data out of it.
