DAMAC Piazza Handover

I and a colleague got a handover emails from Damac.

Is anyone in the same situation where they feel there is a contradication between their contact and the email?

Owners going through handover process with DAMAC in Dubai are also facing a lot of issues. DAMAC somehow does that and still gets away with it.

Me too! The biggest issue is that the statement I received shows a whopping final adjustment because the floor area is 45% larger than I signed up for and now they want me to pay an additional 45% on top of the purchase price. I'm seeking legal advice on this. Please get in contact with me if you have a similar experience.
