Contract & Qid expiry difference

If 2 years contract finishes on 31-mar but qid expiry on 20-Apr, can i go finally back home in 1st week of Apr then what about Qid expiry?

Yes, you can go back. Just ask you company to cancel the visa before you leave. Once the visa is cancelled, you must leave Qatar withing one week of cancellation or face a penalty of QR 200 per day.
