Construction inside my building
My landlord has begun to renovate the apartment next to mine . And the noise and vibration is rediculously loud.
They are demolishing the tiles, kitchen and bathroom fixtures using a Jack hammer type tool.
I took a video of it hope to post it soon. I need the landlord to stop or to compensate me while this work is going on.
I plan on canceling the cheque I have given to him for next month's rent.
Does anyone have some advice?

Do you really think that it is acceptable that a landlord demolishes an apartment next door and they work for 8 or 9 hours a day for a month doing this and you should have to pay rent and keep your mouth shut?
