oh! that mean I can't buy commercial vehicle in my name right?
U can buy Nissan pick up in your personal name but cannot Nissan Urvan. Any other car u can buy in your personal name. Most of other commercial vehicles u can buy in the company or business name.
Renting personal vehicles is not allowed, though there are many doing this.
It's legal ............... Go ahead .......... Get the required docs / lic from the concerned dept and there you go ............... happy profit ......................
