Commercial Tolet in Doha/Rayyan

Hello Guys,

Can anybody advise on a decent commercial property location for an on-the-go restaurant in Doha/Rayyan?

The restaurant would be the size of a fast food outlet, and the area would b preferably in and around a business/commercial district..?

Have no idea of commercial rents here in Doha, so an initial people's opinion would help.

Thanks...but isnt barwa avenue a retail depot for hardware and construction material??
