Clarity on Exit Permit

Dear Friends,

I was issued a work visa by my company on 29/03/16 with visa validity till 29/09/2016. But due to problems in the company I resigned on 21st April giving one month notice but company is not issuing exit permit. I have not done my RP process yet as I don't want to continue in the company. Can anyone suggest what options I have for exit. What would happen after 29/09/16 since I have not done my RP process.

Solution:

You need to visit your embassy they will advice you on further steps.

Also once the visa expires before stamping. Sponsor will have to pay 10 QR per day fine.

Try to deal with your company... You cant file a case without valid contract as your on notice period, company can terminate you legally....

Go to the Labor Department and the Human Rights Office and your Embassy.
