clarifications about transfer business visa to work visa

Hai dudes,
I came here qatar since last april 17 th for searching a job on business-work visa . Now i got the job here. I have many clarifications about from you :
1)My new company employer asked me to submit the three documents are CR Copy, Immigration copy, NOC for the name of that company. Where can i get these documents.?
2)My visa validity expires july 15 th. but my new company employer want me to join july 1st ,Is there any need to exit qatar and will come back here ? (or) Is there any possible to change here itself to convert business to work visa?
I hope some one give solution for me.

hello gowtham..here are the answers for ur questions.
1) cr copy means company registration copy. Noc means no objection certificate. Both of these documents you will get it from the company who had issued business Visa. Ask them they will provide you. Immigration copy will be in ur passport.
2) Yes you can join in the company but make sure you provide the about documents asap, so that ur new company will transfer you business visa to their company visa. For transferring visa it might takes 7 to 10 days. If the business visa is transferred to work visa no need to exit from qatar before july 13th. Or else you need to exit qatar and come back on new company visa.
So now all is in your hands. Discuss with your new company clearly that how much time will they take to transfer after providing the necessary documents from your end.
You make sure provide ur documents before this month end to them.
I also came on business visa in the month of march and got job in april and joined immediately and visa got transferred with in 7 days.
