changing job under Business visa to Business visa

i would like to know if there is any issues for changing job from business visa and going exit and coming back under another business visa in qatar

point i would like to ask is

the existing company and new company is processing business visa

can i have the option to select the best

also

there is any problem of issuing two business visa under two companies name to a single person

can companies issue business visa in the same time for a single person
