Chances of Getting NOC

To all QL readers,

I am soliciting your kind advice regarding getting an NOC. I was locally tranfered from say company "A" to "B" as NOC was granted. At present I am in company B for more than 2 years. A new job and greener opportunity is being offered by company "C" and my question is, what is the chance of getting NOC from B?

it is dpendent upon decision of B, iF THEY DONT GIVE U CANT GO.
