CEID and Labour related advice needed

Hi. Need legal guidance from an experienced person on expat employment CEID/Labour matters. An acquaintances wife was using a free visa and working in a salon and got picked up by CEID and released next day but wondering if there will be a case and how her sponsor and the employing salon will be affected. Any advice/guidance on legal recourse will be much appreciated.
