Try calling one Mr Abdus Samad at 5535 2549. He is a very experienced (30+ years) mechanic from India. He speaks Hindi and English. Tell him of your problem and ask him if it could be rectified. He will guide you.
Vishnu, Ask your colleagues for a view because you go to a proven guy only. Do not do research work, you will suffer loss.
