I have seen so many cars etc with tints on the front windscreen - I thought a few years ago the Police had banned this.........
Again it's possibly Qataris who are as far as most other nationalities here are concerned seem to be 'above' the law.
If driving with tints on the front windscreen and driving at night surely vision is then impaired.
you should take permit from the traffic department
and normal it is for the back windows only
if you are Qatari, just install it and forget the permit
