Car rental with visa debt

Hi
I am in Doha for 10 days and want to rent a car, every rental company I approached wants credit card but I only have visa debit from barclay bank England

Can please any one suggest a place where they can use visa debit as a deposit/security or have cash

I have uk and international licence
